Soil type : Clay-limestone with areas of sand and «boulbènes».

Vinification : Traditional Bordeaux Wine-making,Yield Mastering, Polyphénol Analysis, Temperature Mastered, Pneumatic pressing. Ageing in stainless steel vats during 6 months before bottling. Storage in temperature-controlled cellars before commercialization.

Tasting Note : A deep, burgundy colour – Powerful, generous nose dominated by aromas of red fruits – Well-rounded on the palate. Smooth tannins assuage the wine’s power, bringing suppleness and elegance.

Serving suggestions : Best served at 15/17° C. Its flavour is particularly well suited to main course dishes such as red meat and spicy dishes. Serve with a Bordeaux-style steak for a more classic combination.
